What is your shipping Policy for Prints?
Prints will be shipped directly from Skyline Printing located in Austin, Texas. Your order will be shipped using the least expensive route via USPS or UPS. Skyline does ship internationally. Please be advised that additional shipping charges may apply outside of the United States. Shipping dates will vary depending on your location and medium chosen, expect 1 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order has shipped.
Normal turnaround times:
Paper- 1-3 business days
Canvas - 3-5 business days
Metal - 5-7 business days
Framed – 5-7 business days
Rush orders on prints will add a fee of 25%.
Please be advised that additional shipping charges may apply outside of the United States. You will be notified if shipping to your country is an issue.
What is your shipping Policy for Original Art Pieces?
Artist:
If the painting is currently in the artist's possession, you will make the purchase directly through this website. Shipping is considered in the pricing structure for U.S. residents. If you are outside the United States, you will be contacted by the artist via email if any additional shipping charges apply. You can cancel your order if shipping in prohibitively expensive.
Dutch Art Gallery:
If the work you wish to purchase is currently at the Dutch Art Gallery, you will work directly with them for both the purchase of the piece and shipping. They offer the available paintings with or without framing, and upon request, will show you the piece in variety of frame styles and cost ranges.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We do not accept returns. All sales are FINAL.

Framed Prints
What type of glass do you use for framing?
Prints are framed with a 2 mil clear plexi-glass.
Ideal for safe shipping and blocks 66% of harmful UV light.
Color Consistency
Color will remain consistent across all offered media types.
I don't see the dimensions I'm looking for offered for a print.
Contact the artist at hello@rebeccazook.com. Most pieces can be enlarge via a fractal-based program to larger than shown here. If you need a specific size that would require part of the image to be cropped, the artist can do this as well.
Do you accept commissions?
The artist accepts a limited number of commissions each year.
